Fresh cuisine with a Valais soul
Our restaurant is open to all guests and welcomes you daily from 8 AM during the season. On Tuesdays, our weekly day of rest, we open at 5 PM. For our half-board guests, we prepare a light and varied 5-course menu every evening – fresh, seasonal, and with a touch of home.
Our cuisine draws its flavours from our own vegetable and salad garden, which supplies us daily with the finest ingredients. Throughout the day, we serve small delicacies and Valais specialities – perfect for a quick bite or a cosy break.
If you're feeling hungrier, our menu offers plenty of choices for lunch and dinner. Classic or creative: we cook with passion and local produce.
A reservation isn't mandatory, but it helps us prepare your table with care. And if you have a favourite spot, just let us know – we'll do our best to accommodate your wish.
