Adapters
Power adapters and charging cables for various devices are available at the reception.

Baby cot
On request, we will place a cot (120/60 cm) in your room free of charge.
Bathroom stool
Available on request at the reception.
Blankets
Woollen blankets are in the wardrobe – so you can enjoy the balcony even on cooler evenings.
Books
«Die Geschichte der Augstbordwasserleitung» and «Zeneggen, Sonnenterrasse im Vispertal» by Erwin Jossen are available in the restaurant and may be purchased at the reception.

Catherine Lounge
The «Salon Catherine» on the first floor invites you to read, write, play or chat. Books, coffee-table volumes, magazines and board games (including Jass cards) are at your disposal.
Check-in
Your room is available from 1:30 PM at the latest.
Check-out
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Copying service
Please enquire at the reception.
Credit cards
We accept debit cards, PostFinance, VISA and MasterCard. Cash payments are also welcome.

Daily newspaper
The Walliser Bote is available in the restaurant.
Dinner
The menu is served from 7:00 PM. Each evening, Christoph prepares a varied menu.
Doctor
144 is the number for serious emergencies. The reception will gladly contact the local out-of-hours medical service for you.
Dogs
Well-behaved and clean four-legged friends are welcome in your room. Access to the breakfast room is not permitted. Fee: CHF 10 per day.

Electric vehicle charging
A charging station is available in the car park. Use the badge from reception for a discounted rate.
Emergency
In any emergency: dial 91.
Entrance door
The entrance door is locked after 10:00 PM. Your room badge allows you to enter and exit at any time.

Fire
A: Alert via room telephone (91) or the alarm button in the corridor. B: Close doors and windows. C: Emergency plan posted at your door; assembly point at the car park.

Hair dryer
The hair dryer is in the wardrobe, on top of the safe.
High chair
We have a high chair for the little ones.
Hygiene articles
Toothpaste, toothbrush, disposable razor, shaving foam, sunscreen, hand cream and other toiletries are available at the reception.
Hygiene covers
All mattresses and pillows are fitted with liquid-proof and dust-mite-proof covers.

Internet / Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The password is available at the reception. A PC with internet access is also available in the Catherine Lounge.
Ironing service
Your laundry will be ironed and returned within the hour. An iron and ironing board are also available for self-use.

Key / Badge
Your room badge also opens the front door and can be left at the reception.

Larch wood
Josef Kenzelmann built the Alpenblick using larch wood from Zeneggen. Some rooms and the staircase still feature the original walls from 1936.
Laundry service
On request, we change your bed linen and towels daily.
Lost property
If you would like forgotten items sent on, please let us know.
Luggage
If you arrive before 1:00 PM or depart after 11:00 AM, you may leave your luggage safely at the reception.
Lunch
At midday you may order à la carte – main dishes as well as lighter and more substantial snacks.

Magusii
The small village shop in Zeneggen is open Monday to Saturday mornings (8–11 AM) and on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons. Please order bread rolls for your picnic the day before.
Massage
Mrs Edith Imstepf offers massages at her practice in the village. Further information in the blue folder or at www.guetlaga.ch.

Daily newspapers are available in the restaurant.
Night bell
Should you find yourself locked out, please ring the night bell to the right of the hotel entrance.
Non-smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony – an ashtray is provided.

Organisation
The blue folder contains information, hiking suggestions and excursion tips. A red folder is available in the restaurant. We are happy to help you plan your holiday.

Parking
Free parking is available next to the barn, on both sides of the road towards Alt-Zeneggen.
Personal scales
On request, we will place a set of scales in your room.
Phone calls
Calls for you are put through to your room.
Piano
A piano is available in the Catherine Lounge.
Pillow
On request, we can provide an additional pillow, a flatter one or a neck-support pillow.
Post
A basket for outgoing post is located to the right of the reception.

Raclette evening
Tuesday is raclette evening: vegetable soup, raclette and fruit salad. Please let us know if you would prefer something else.
Radio
If there is no radio in your room, you will find international and national radio stations in the TV channel list.
Reception
Open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Ring the brass bell if no one is present.

Breakfast
From 7:30 to 10:00 AM, a generous breakfast buffet awaits you in the dining room. Coffee and tea are served at your table.
Safe
A lockable safe is in the wardrobe. Valuables may also be deposited in the hotel safe at the reception.
Shoe-cleaning kit
A shoe-cleaning kit is in the wardrobe.
Solar energy
16 m² of solar panels on the roof – the Valais sun heats our hot water.
